At Evergold Miami, every piece is crafted in solid 14K gold and inspected before it ships. Because of the nature of fine jewelry, all sales are final.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at evergoldmiami@gmail.com with photos. We will make it right — no questions asked.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, resized, or altered.
